Our Mission
The Dignity Project, DBA Well Grounded Coffee Community blends coffee with philanthropy. We run 2 AMAZING coffee shops in Dallas, but our mission is to transform lives through a process of faith, work, education and community.
Well Grounded Coffee Community supports marginalized women and creates opportunity for individuals who are stuck in survival mode and helps them reach thrive mode and a higher sense of purpose.

Work
Our baristas will be trained to learn valuable business and life skills. These skills will allow women who have been victimized to step in to a new identity and help them further their journey to thrive.
Education
There are so many different opportunities to learn and grow at WGCC. We offer a variety of classes and workshops that are not limited to our baristas. We have a very diverse culture at WGCC and we like to embrace our differences and learn from eachother.
Community
We are so serious about building community that it’s in our name! We find and embrace healthy partnerships. Building community creates a culture that sets us apart from other coffee shops.
Faith
Faith drives everything else we do. We recognize that we are not here by accident and are fueled by God’s love for us! Our opportunity to share second chances, gives us the opportunity to share the gift of love that we have graciously received from the Lord.
We hand-picked the world's most environmentally efficient roaster we could find in Dallas. Full City Rooster combines responsible roasting/ packaging with passion for the art of roasting beans they pick themselves.
