Well Grounded Coffee Community is a local coffee house on Garland Rd. We have a wide variety of coffees, teas and food for you, your colleagues, and your friends/family. And, most importantly, we have a cozy and authentic atmosphere and would love to have you join us.

At Well Grounded Coffee Community, we have our coffee roasted with responsibility and passion. We hand-picked the world’s most environmentally efficient roaster and partnered with locally-owned Full City Rooster.

Well Grounded Coffee is our name but The Dignity Project is our game!! We strive to restore the dignity of marginalized women. We partner with local non-profit organization’s like Exodus Ministries to create opportunity to change their destiny. We believe in second chances.

Our mission is to transform lives through a process of work, education, community, and faith. We create opportunities for women who have been victimized and are stuck in survival mode. We encompass Christ-like love and journey alongside women through each of our pillars. We have a strong Sisterhood at Well Grounded and this combined with our humble leaders helps set us apart from any other program offered in the DFW area.
